Q: How long does it take you to fulfil the order?
A: The order will be completed and ready to ship in 4 days. The time of completion for portraits for the last two sizes may vary depending on the number of faces.
In most cases I'd be able to start working on your portrait as soon as you order, if that's the case your portrait will get shipped before 4 day mark.
Q: How many people can you draw on one portrait?
A: Personally, I'd recommend 1 for the smallest size, 1-2 for 8x10 inches, if you want them to be detailed and clearly recognisable. Bigger sizes can fit more than that, if you are conserned that the number of people you want is too big for the size of your choosing - you can always ask me.
Q: Does this include movie, game, etc. characters?
A: Yes! It's up to you what picture you choose after all. If you want Severus Snape and not your face - that's OK ;).
Q: How do I proceed after buying "Custom portrait"?
A: You need to send me the picture, so I can start working on your order as soon as I'm able. The picture needs to be decent quality.
Advice: For the best result don't choose pictures with poor lighting where your face looks flat. I've never seen you in person, and if I have to guess what your features look like I can't guarantee the 100% resemblance.
Q: How do you ship them?
A: All portraits of sizes 8x10 inches and smaller are shipped in a polythene envelope, unframed, safely protected with plastic sleeve in between two cardboards. If the portrait size is 11x14 Inches or bigger - it will be shipped in a cardboard tube.
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: Everything usually arrives within 2 weeks (+- a few days ). Sometimes it takes up to 3 weeks.
Q: Are there any care recommendations?
A: There are no special recommendations for care.
For best preservation, the work can be arranged in a frame under glass and not stored under the constant influence of direct sunlight. Also, I would advise you against touching it with wet/greasy fingers. The painting is not indestructible after all.

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
